Seems like there is a issue with the avatars. Will try to fix the problem.

Seems like that the quick fix to this is uploading a avatar yourself.

Go into "Account" then click "Avatar" and add your own avatar.

Feel free to remove the uploaded Avatar afterwards, so that your profile display the default Avatar.
