Whilst trying to sign up for a Bronze membership , the Verotel site constantly declines my card. It does give a number of reasons there could be a problem, but the only one I can see as relevant is that I am applying from an IP range it doesnt recognise.

Any thoughts?

I have not heard about others with this problem. I highly suggest that you call Verotel.
