I think the overall atmosphere here should be positive. If I like a picture I give it 5 or sometimes 4 stars. If it is a ordinary picture or a bad one, I don't rate it at all. I can't see the point of hurting other people just because they don't take good pictures.
And honestly, a lot of pictures here are crap, but I don't tell the photographer. Don't spread negativism.
