It looks at first like the Nusfjord jacket, but that one does not have any pockets. Also it is not available in blue.

Just love the hood of it.

I believe it is a Helly Hansen Impertech II Deluxe Jacket. Have a look at http://www.hellyhansengear.com/p-271-impertech-ii-deluxe-jacket.aspx. That is available in blue. But the Impertech II Guide Coat looks more similar. http://www.hellyhansengear.com/p-461-impertech-ii-guide-coat.aspx

I was searching all over for blue HH raingear in pvc, and came across the Helly Hansen A series / or Mandal.

Unfortunately it looks like they only sell the blue version in the united states, and it´s extremely expensive to have it sent to europe (almost 3 times the price).
