Don't have any of the PVC/Rubber rainwear at present that this community enjoys (I do however have various mountain/walking waterproofs).

Im looking for a longer length, PVC/Rubber rainwear jacket, in size large, but what IS a MUST for me is for the hood to be full coverage,

complete with drawstrings and when the hood is fully tight it fastens so well it completely covers the whole lower face, EG mouth, nose (apart from the eyes). Another ideal feature is for the hood to also have a large brim like I once see a guy on here had, where he filmed his own beautiful agony video.

Ocean makes a very nice long raincoat with a big hood that you can tighten around your face.
