Today has been an awful day at the office. Among other things there has been a three hour meeting (without a brake) about "Continuing managing".

I deceided, I need to have some pleasure in my life.

I put on two layers of HH Nusford gear (with the first layer inside out), some Maigold long sleeve gloves, then an Ocean smoke with attatched gloves, then Ocean heavy weight hip waders and above it an other HH Nusfjord jacket and on top an other HH Nusfjord bib. Non of my gear was leaking, so even if I would be sweating a lot, nobody would and could see...

So I was dressed prefectly to go outside.Which I did.

I made a quater's hour walk to the next teller machine and tried to get some money. This never has been a problem, with our wthout gear, but now it has been. I made it, to put in my bank card in the slot - but then I almost failed. The next thing, you have to do is to choose what operation you like to do - by pressing on the proper field on the display screen. I pressed on "withdrawel" - and nothing happened. I tried a little bit harder - still no result. I asked myself: What is going on? Finally I realized, it has been the first time, I have been there in two layers of gloves (the Maigold and the attatched ones) trying to operate the stupid machine. Because of the other Nusfjord layer, I was stuck, I could not remove the gloves. "Great situation" I thought! What to do now? Finally. I took both tumbs to press on the field - and it worked. I have been happy that finally I made it and got some money.

Then I went on to a drug store. Grabbed myself a bottle of sparkling water, went to the cashiers and paid with cash. All went well.

After that, I went to the groceries, to my big surprise the bottle deposit machine worked w/o failure (what had happened an other time before would be an other story), I grabbed some stuff and went to the cashiers. The queue was only 3 persons, so I did not wait long. When passing the cashiers desk, the lady said " nice dress". Never ever someone said anything, while beeing gear. But now: The first time it happened! I would have loved to disappear. Instead I replied "Thank you, very nice". She went on: "Is this your work wear?". Then me, feeling stuck in my gear and my gloves: " Not really". She started laughing, I paid again with cash, wished her a good evening and left the store . . .

After this double expierence in a row I went back home with the bag of stuff, I have bought. Because it was heavy, it took longer - but I made it. Now I am at home and still enjoy my gear . . .
