Today picked up my  Le chameau Sarine chest waders which I bought used on e-bay, at 92,- EUR these were a bargin as they go for around 300,- plus EUR as new.

And I can guarantee that these waders are top notch, nice rubbery material outside just like their boots and waders. Mine are with blue neopren lining on the inside. So no cheap PVC feeling here just propper rubbery feel.

The sizing are also awesome, I'm 186cm and 80 kg, so quite tall and slim, and nothing worse than baggy waders that needs a belt around the chest to keep them nice and tidy. These are cut in exactly a nice and tight shape to one barely need the two tightening straps located on the side under the arm.
